YM Leadership Training for Youth & Young Adult Leaders – From the Valley of Dry Bones to Living Ministries

As ministry leaders, we are entrusted with more than just programs — we are called to be stewards of God’s vision to evangelize young people and make disciples. But amid the demands of leadership, programs, and budgets, it’s important to take a step back and ask ourselves: Are we pursuing God’s vision or our own? Rooted in the powerful imagery of Ezekiel’s encounter with the valley of dry bones, this day of formation invites leaders who serve young people to pause, reflect, and realign. Together, we will:

• Reclaim the divine vision God has placed on our hearts,
• See with renewed clarity the landscape of our ministry and the needs of young people,
• And be empowered by the Holy Spirit to speak life and hope into the ministry entrusted to us

Come ready to be inspired, challenged, and spiritually renewed for the great vision and mission of accompanying young people in faith.
