The 2025 Faith Formation Conference is the Archdiocese of San Francisco’s largest annual gathering for catechists, ministry leaders, educators, parents, and all those passionate about living and sharing the Catholic faith. Each year, the conference brings together hundreds of participants eager to grow in their faith, strengthen their ministries, and discover new resources.

Joining us as an exhibitor, you will have the unique opportunity to connect directly with parish and school leaders, catechists, clergy, educators, and families who are actively seeking tools, services, and materials that support the Church’s mission of evangelization and catechesis. The exhibit hall is a vibrant and engaging space where ministry meets opportunity—an environment that fosters meaningful conversations, lasting relationships, and wide visibility for your organization.

We are excited to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our annual Faith Formation Conference hosted by the Office of Faith Formation with the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry in the Archdiocese of San Francisco. This event gathers more than 700 catechists, parish leaders, and volunteers from throughout the archdiocese, providing a unique opportunity for you to connect with and showcase your offerings to a dedicated audience.

  • Date:   November 7 and 8
  • Time:  November 7 – 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

                      November 8 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Setup Options: Friday, November 7, 4:00 – 8:00 PM or Saturday, November 8, 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
  • Exhibit Hall Open: Friday, November 7 from 7pm – 8pm and Saturday, November 8 from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Theme: This year’s theme, “Hope Does Not Disappoint,” “La Esperanza No Desilusiona”.   Our Youth Leader gathering theme is “HOPE Happens Here”.    Our time together helps us celebrate the conclusion of our Jubilee Year of Hope.
  • Tear Down: Saturday evening (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

 EXHIBIT DETAILS:

  • Fee: $300 per booth
  • Includes:
      •  One 8-foot table and a drape
      • Pipe and Draping
      • One Chair
      • Sign for your company in space, in the program booklet, and on the webpage (for the program booklet, it needs to be in by September 25)
      • One lunch per table
      • Extra lunches for $25.00 each
      • Extra tables for $50.00 each (includes tablecloth)
      • Extra chairs for $5.00 each

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY

Place an ad in our program booklet to share special events, materials, or upcoming news with our participants.

To take advantage of this opportunity, a high-resolution (at least 600dpi) jpg or png must be received by October  20  Upload images to registration form.

Ads will also appear online on our conference website at faithformationsf.org

Fees are as follows:

  • $100 for ¼ page (3.25in x 4in)
  • $200 for ½ page (either 3.25in x 8in or 6.5in x 4in)
  • $300 for Full page (6.5in x 8in)
