Those who minister to others are constantly challenged to find the balance between nurturing others and finding time to care for ourselves.  How then do we justify setting time aside for self-care?  Yet, Jesus himself took time to renew, replenish, and rejuvenate.  Self-care is not selfish.  It is an opportunity to explore wellness as a way of life and embrace the spirituality of self-care for ourselves and those around us.
