Rhyan  Ramirez (Bro Rhy)

Rhyan Ramirez aka Bro Rhy, is a dynamic speaker and mentor with over two decades in ministry, from local parishes to national events. He integrates his extensive background in mental health and social-emotional learning with his ministry work. He’s most excited to be one of the coaches of a national cohort for the NFCYM Accompaniment project, supporting parishes nationwide over the next three years to meet Young people where they are, AS they are.

With over two decades of expertise in roles such as Keynote Speaker, Emotional
Intelligence Educator, Self-Awareness Coach, and Workshop Presenter, he is committed to empowering youth, adults, and families to make a di􀆯erence in their communities. Ryhan’s skills span from leading youth workshops to providing adult training, with a specialty in designing faith-based enrichment programs as well as strengthening mental health through EQ and Social Emotional Learning. He is experienced in working with diverse cultural backgrounds, he exhibits adaptability, strong leadership, coaching skills, and effective communication. Advocating for the TEAM model, Rhyan firmly believes that each person is vital for successfully impacting youth and their communities.
