The 2026 Youth Day & Faith Formation Conference is the Archdiocese of San Francisco’s largest annual gathering for catechists, ministry leaders, educators, youth, parents, and all those passionate about living and sharing the Catholic faith.

Each year, the conference brings together hundreds of participants eager to grow
in their faith, strengthen their ministries, and discover new resources.

Choosing to exhibit and/or advertise with us will give your organization the unique opportunity to connect directly with parish and school leaders, catechists, clergy, educators, and families who are actively seeking tools, services, and materials that support the Church’s mission of evangelization and catechesis. 

The exhibit hall is a vibrant and engaging space where ministry meets opportunity— an environment that fosters meaningful conversations, lasting relationships, and wide visibility for your organization.

We are excited to invite you to exhibit and/or exhibit at our annual Youth Day & Faith Formation Conference, hosted by the
Office of Faith Formation with the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry in the Archdiocese of San Francisco. 

This event gathers more than 800 catechists, parish leaders, youth and volunteers from throughout the archdiocese, providing a unique opportunity for you to connect with and showcase your offerings to a dedicated audience.

Dates: October 23 and 24, 2026

Time:  October 23, 2026   7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
              October 24, 2026 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Setup Options: Friday, October 23 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM or Saturday, October 24 from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Exhibit Hall Open: Friday, October 23 from 7pm – 8pm and Saturday, October 24 from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Theme: This year’s theme, “Channeling Peace and Justice,” “Canalizando la Paz y la Justicia” along with
our Youth Day theme “Pax et Bonum (Peace & Good ~ Paz y Bien” celebrates the Jubilee Year of St Francis and Mission Dolores.

Tear Down: Saturday, October 24, evening (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

EXHIBIT DETAILS:

Fee: $300 per booth
Includes:

  • One 8-foot table and a drape
  • Pipe and Draping
  • One Chair
  • Sign for your company in space, in the program booklet, and on the webpage
    (for the program booklet, logo image needs to be in by September 11)
  • One lunch per booth ordered

Extra lunches for $25.00 each
Extra tables for $50.00 each (includes tablecloth)
Extra chairs for $5.00 each

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY

Place an ad in our program booklet to share special events, materials, or upcoming news with our participants.

To take advantage of this opportunity, a high-resolution (at least 300dpi) jpg or png must be received by October 1.

Fees are as follows:

  • $100 for ¼ page (3.25in x 4in)
  • $200 for ½ page (either 3.25in x 8in or 6.5in x 4in)
  • $300 for Full page (6.5in x 8in)
